Barnes & Noble at the Waterside Shops is hosting its annual Holiday Book Drive benefiting K is for Kids.

The book drive runs through Jan. 1st. K is for Kids distributes the books throughout the holidays, placing the new books into the hands of children who most need them.
Every year patrons of Barnes & Noble Booksellers at the Waterside Shops in Naples have taken a moment out of their busy shopping to donate a book for a children in need. Over the past eight seasons, thousands of books have been donated to K is for Kids for the foundation to distribute to children over the holidays and into the new year.
Please stop by the Barnes & Noble store and join these impassioned individuals’ efforts to help share the wealth of reading with those youngsters and youth most in need this holiday season.
K is for Kids would like to thank the individuals behind the cash registers, too, shown above, for leading the merry efforts to make the season jolly for all children. They and their fellow team members have been cheerfully ringing up the sales, knowing how the gift of these books will help paint smiles upon the faces of the children who receive them.

Take a moment to stop by Barnes & Noble Booksellers at the Waterside Shops in Naples; you may shop upstairs in the children’s section to select a book that YOU loved reading as a child, or choose from the pre-selected books featured at every register.
Inscriptions are encouraged, too, as children love discovering a message to them and learning that someone cares and has personally selected a “special” book for them.
