Something to toot about: K is for Kids Launches Literacy Month for Students with a very BIG treat!

Students at Golden Terrace Elementary School had a BIG treat last week when K is for Kids launched its literacy month with a Big Book Giveaway — with the help of a very big friend!

We launched our literacy month with a BIG Book Giveaway for students!

at Golden Terrace Elementary School — EVERY student chose a new book to take home and keep!  Special thanks to Big Rig for helping us deliver the books!  Kids had a great day climbing onboard the Big Rig Bookmobile and listening to the Big Rig TOOT!

The “Big Rig” rolled into town just in time to help K is for Kids launch it’s literacy month: K is for Kids’ had a BIG Book Giveaway for students at Golden Terrace Elementary School in Collier County. The students got to climb onboard the Big Rig Bookmobile to choose a new book to take home and keep through the Foundation’s Rising Readers program! Now that’s something to TOOT about!
