Join us as we celebrate children and books during our K is for Kids® Book Fair at Barnes & Noble.The event will take place at Naples’ Waterside Shops on Saturday, March 6th from noon to 5 p.m. Kids of all ages will enjoy free family fun activities as they meet guest authors, embark on a scavenger hunt, have their faces painted, win prizes, and take home balloons. Plus all children will have the chance to become young authors themselves!

Our Barnes & Noble event was such a big hit for our launch in 2008, we’re sponsoring another K is for Kids® Book Fair again! Children will have another chance to meet local authors then become authors themselves as we invite them to write a page in our book! Kids can put pen to paper with friends and family, too! Then all authors may have their complimentary portrait created by photographer Karen Walsh Haupt of The Studio on 5th to accompany their story. Face painting, story time and balloons are some of the fun activities planned throughout the afternoon on Saturday, March 6th, noon to 5 p.m. at Barnes & Noble, Waterside Shops, Naples. Participants may book their personal photo session in advance by emailing us at kisforkidsfoundation@mac.com.
