K is for Kids Spokespersons & FGCU Interns Earn an “A” for Interview with Wild Bill, Fox4 Morning Blend

John Maloney and Brigitte Papica had their first TV interview on Fox 4’s Morning Blend with Wild Bill, the show’s popular co-host.  The show aired on Monday, February 4th.

After the taping, Bill told the two they should get an “A” from their teacher.

Both John and Brigitte are seniors majoring in communications at Florida Gulf Coast University.  The two interns serve as spokespersons to help promote upcoming events being hosted by the Foundation’s high school volunteers for children and their families during K is for Kids’ literacy month.  Throughout the month of February, student leaders organize and hold “fun’raisers” to help promote literacy and leadership for the “Bring a Book, Bring a Friend” for Children’s Literacy Month.
